Tsavora™ operates as private rare gemstone merchants.
All transactions are conducted by enquiry and confirmation only.

Tsavora™ does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes, without limitation:

• personal preference
   
• buyer remorse
   
• altered circumstances
   
• decisions made after inspection or confirmation
   

All gemstones sold by Tsavora™ are natural materials and may exhibit inherent variations in colour, clarity, inclusions, and appearance.

Such natural characteristics do not constitute defects and do not give rise to a right of return or refund.

Our gemstones are accompanied by an independent gemmological report, the report forms part of the description of the stone at the time of sale.

Where certification is pending, this will be disclosed prior to confirmation of any transaction.

Unless expressly agreed in writing prior to transaction confirmation:

• All sales are final
   
• No returns are accepted once a transaction has been completed
   
• Title and risk pass to the buyer upon completion of the transaction
   

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund where a gemstone:

• has a major fault as defined under the Australian Consumer Law, or
   
• is not as described at the time of sale
   

Tsavora™ will assess any such claim in accordance with applicable law.

Deposits paid in connection with private viewings or confirmed transactions are subject to the terms communicated at the time of confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated:

• deposits are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance or cancellation
   
• deposits may be applied toward a completed transaction
   

Any claim relating to a transaction must be submitted in writing to:

Tsavora™ reserves the right to request supporting documentation or independent verification where required.
